Charges mount against burglary suspect

A Bossier City man faces more charges after police link him to a string of burglaries.
A Bossier City man faces more charges after police link him to a string of residential burglaries.

Dondrakus Williams, 30, who was arrested last week, has also been charged with burglarizing several homes in south Bossier.

Williams is accused stealing a flat screen TV from a home in the 1900 block of Rossie Lee Dr. 

On Thursday Williams was booked into the Bossier City Jail on one count each of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and theft.

After further investigation evidence shows that Williams may have broken into multiple homes over the past few weeks.  He allegedly took numerous items including televisions and computers which he later pawned.

Now Williams faces 8 additional counts of burglary and 5 more counts of theft.

Williams has been transferred to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility and his bond has been set at $125,500.
