Cole Vosbury performing again on "The Voice"

Monday night, you can tune in to NBC's "The Voice" to see Shreveport native Cole Vosbury.
Singer Cole Vosbury may be on his way to becoming a household name.

On Thursday, the Shreveport native made the top 12 on NBC’s "The Voice."

"I've just been praying for Cole, and I just know that God is looking after him and taking care of him, and I just thank god,” says Linda Rabb, Cole’s grandmother.  “I'm just so excited."

Cole has gained the admiration of America by singing music that's far older than he is.

He first auditioned with "Movin' on Up" from the TV show "The Jefferson's," then he earned America's votes on Monday, by singing "Maggie may" by rod stewart.

"I've envisioned him in the top three for quite a while now, so you know, I just pray that America keeps putting him through and all the voters keep voting him through," says Lari Vosbury.

Some of Cole's relatives are in Los Angeles to see him perform live on Monday night, while others will stay here and host a watch party at Fumblebrewski’s.

Tomorrow, two singers will be cut from the show, but not matter what happens, Cole is already a winner in their eyes.

"The coverage is amazing, no matter what, the support has been amazing and if he never gets any further than this, you know, that's going to be great for him too, but we'd like to see him win it,” says Rhonda Griffis, Cole’s aunt. “We definitely would."

"The Voice" comes on Monday, November 10 at 7 p.m., right here on NBC 6.
