Founded in 2001, Runnin’ WJ provides a therapeutic horseback riding program for children and adults with special needs in the greater Texarkana area. . Proceeds from the event will go toward scholarships for poverty-level children.
Last year’s event raised $30,000 and organizers hope to raise at least that amount this month.
The community is invited to attend the event. Admission is free.
