Day 2: SEC Media Days

Day 2 of the SEC Media Days saw Tennessee coach Butch Jones, Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin, Mississippi State coach Dan Mullen and South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier take the stage.
Although LSU Coach Les Miles doesn't dawn the podium until tomorrow, there was still a lot to talk about at the SEC Media Days in Hoover, Alabama.

Tennessee Coach Butch Jones spoke about the inexperience and excitement surrounding the Volunteer program:
"This year half of our roster will be brand new. With that it has brought a lot of positive energy, excitement momentum that surrounds Tennessee football" said Jones.

Mississippi State Coach Dan Mullen spoke about the stadium renovations taking place at Davis Wade Stadium:
"Our fans have done an unbelievable job supporting us. Pushing this team into a team that hopefully can contend for an SEC Championship this season" said Mullen.

South Carolina Coach Steve Spurrier took a shot at Alabama Coach Nick Saban's in game coaching ability:
"I think they've had 5 number 1 recruiting classes out of the last 6 years. It's got to make him the best recruiter in the history of college football. They're the favorite. There is no question about that. As long as they can recruit like that they're always going to be the favorites" Spurrier said. "I guess fortunately the team that plays the best is the team that wins. Instead of who all has got the best players."

While Texas A&M Coach Kevin Sumlin had a little fun with the media when asked in depth questions about former Aggie Johnnie Manziel:
Is this the SEC Media days. Right? No that's a great question, about the Cleveland Browns. Anybody else got something?
