A local woman killed in a car crash is being remembered by family and friends.
Jocelyn Joy Wright died last august in a car accident.
A candlelight vigil was held in her honor at the Benton Community Cemetery.
Friends were given the opportunity to share their favorite memories of "Joy."
Faye Lamkpin, Jocelyn’s mother, said "Of course the pain will never go away, but it will help over time to cope with it. It just seems like it was yesterday it doesn't seem like a year."
The woman who drove the car that crashed into joy's vehicle pleaded guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle and will be sentenced September 24th.
