It's a big weekend for the Krewe of Centaur.
They'll be hosting their 23rd annual Mardi Gras Bal.
Our morning show was able to speak with some of the Krewe Friday morning.
Cameras weren't allowed inside the ballroom to keep everything a surprise.
Members say it'll be quite the event this year.
The theme is Louisiana: Treasures and Traditions Galore.
Party-goers can enjoy food, dancing, live music and much more.
"We want them to come and be in awe, just be blown away by how opulent the decorations are," said Krewe of Centaur Public Relations Angie Costakis. "We want to show how exciting the Tableau and presentation are, and give them something they've never experienced before."
Doors will open at 6:30pm Saturday night. The event should continue until around midnight.
