After winning big on the Food Network, a small local restaurant gets to open a second location.
After winning big on the Food Network, a local eatery gets to open a second location.

Last night Jonathan Emery and Brandi Lewis, owners of Bistro To Go, beat out team Southern Traditions on the show Food Court Wars.

For almost a month, they competed for a spot in the Pierre Bossier Mall Food Court and money to invest in their restaurant.

Bistro To Go has a location in Shreveport already and they hope to keep expanding.

"I'm excited now I get to have a place that I can be over here and run, and while he's running the other stores,” says Lewis. “But we're still partners, and we're going to do our thing and keep in touch with each other and make it a success, and maybe hopefully  put more and more on the menu over here if we can."

The winning business partners hope to open the store for business on Wednesday.
