North Webster Knights win the Spirit Stick

It's all about the “Knight” life.
It's all about the “Knight” life.
The NBC 6 Morning Crew made a stop in Springhill to award North Webster High School the Spirit Stick.
"We just have lots of school spirit!" said Terri Orr, Cheer Sponsor.
The Knights are eager to show everyone that against all odds they are united.  The school opened its doors in 2011 when the district shut down four schools and formed North Webster.
"When we first consolidated I thought it was going to be hard for us, but it got good together.  Everyone comes together as one," said Alex Taylor, football player.
Cheer sponsor, Terri Orr, has worked nonstop at keeping the spirit alive.
"We have a lot of class competitions and just a lot of school spirit we have a lot of support from each other," said Orr.
In fact, she's choreographed a routine for the entire school called a “mash-up”.
These Knights are shining example of what high schools can accomplish if you come together despite your differences.
"Everything we participate in we succeed at," said Claire Tyler, cheerleader.
