President Obama is on the road promoting a higher minimum wage and retirement security.

Employees at the Costco in Lanham, Maryland the President visited Wednesday don't make the minimum wage...they make much more.

The company reportedly pays an average of $20.89 an hour.

President Obama paid them a visit to reiterate his call on congress to raise the minimum wage to $10.10 an hour.

"Treating workers well is not just the right thing to do, it is an investment," Mr. Obama said.

The president started a two day, four state trip expanding on the State of the Union and his plan to increase economic opportunities for all Americans.
