If you're headed out Thursday morning, sand crews are back out taking care of slick spots.
A few minor accidents were reported early in the morning on Cross Lake Bridge because of the road's icy conditions.
The accidents have been cleared, but crews are still on-scene with sand trucks to try and cover the icy spots.
Both directions of the bridge are seeing some heavy traffic.
Northbound lanes, from Lakeshore toward Bossier City, are heavily congested.
Shreveport Police are on-scene to help with the flow of traffic.
There are no road closures to report (Cross Lake Bridge is open), but if you are headed that way, go slow and be prepared to stop.
Reports are also coming in that Interstate 49 is icy as well.
Wherever you drive please go slow!
