Selfies send some opting for surgery

We all look our best in real life, but a new trend shows young people now are taking drastic measures to look good on social media.
The American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery finds 1 in 3 surgeons reporting seeing more patients with complaints about how they look in their social media snapshots, and wanting to go under the knife to fix it.

The average age of those sad selfie takers is between 20 and 30.  Justin Finch has more.
