Shady Grove street fight leaves one in hospital, one behind bars

A fight Friday evening on a south Bossier City street corner has resulted in the arrest of one man while another nurses multiple stab wounds.

A fight Friday evening on a south Bossier City street corner has resulted in the arrest of one man while another nurses multiple stab wounds.

 

The incident happened on the corner of Parkway Drive and Oriole Street during which time Dylan Thomas Harville, 22, of Bossier City got into an physical altercation with another man.

 

Police say as the two men were fighting, Harville pulled out a pocket knife and began stabbing the 20-year-old victim multiple times.

 

The victim then drove to his residence and a family member contacted police. Bossier City Fire Department personnel transported the victim to University Health in Shreveport. His wounds are not believed to be life threatening.

 

In the course of the investigation, police made contact with Harville at his residence in the 1600 block of Oriole Street and took him into custody. Harville was subsequently arrested on a charge of aggravated battery and booked into the Bossier City Jail.
