Police investigating an early morning crime stumble upon a man suffering from several gunshot wounds in a Shreveport neighborhood.
Officers say the shooting happened between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. Thursday when they were working a case on Stoner Avenue.
The suspect in that case ran toward a wooded area near Brooks Street and that's where deputies found a different man who'd been shot four times, all in the lower body.
He was taken to the hospital, his current condition is unknown.
Police say the suspect is a middle aged black male who the victim argued with several days ago.
Police say their initial case and this one are unrelated.
