Since 7 a.m. Tuesday, fire investigators and agents with Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives have been combing through the ashes of the Olive Street Bistro, trying to figure out what caused the restaurant to catch fire.
The restaurant went up in flames just after ten Monday night. Witnesses said they saw smoke and flames coming from the back of the bistro.
Firefighters are using a search dog to sniff out anything that may have been used to set the fire.
Assistant to the Fire Chief Fred Sanders said they received reports of a burglar alarm going off, but are unsure if the set it off.
