an assault and battery call.
Upon officers’ arrival at the home, contact was made with an adult female victim who advised
her boyfriend came to her residence, engaged in a verbal argument with her and committed a subsequent battery upon her person.
The man was identified as Kennedy, 34, of the 7000 block of Fern Avenue in Shreveport, allegedly grabbed the woman about the neck and began to choke her repeatedly. Kennedy reportedly left the home following the incident and was not on scene at the arrival of authorities.
