Suspect identified and sought in drug-related shooting

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for attempted first-degree murder, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for attempted first-degree murder, said Sheriff Steve Prator.

Keynon Frazier, 18, has been identified as one of the suspects involved in a shooting Nov. 25 at a house in the 5400 block of Asbury Lane in Shreveport. Detectives say the shooting occurred during a robbery involving drugs. Ricky Blomgren and Vincent Efferson were both injured in the shooting and also has been arrested on related charges.

Frazier is a black male, 5’9" tall, weighs 160 lbs., and has blonde hair, green eyes, and numerous tattoos on his arms. His last known address was the 3000 block of Boone Street in Shreveport.

CPSO Detective Donnie Laney obtained an arrest warrant charging Frazier with attempted first-degree murder. Bond on the warrant was set at $300,000.
