Oklahoma authorities have charged two teenagers with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a college baseball player.
Tuesday afternoon James Edwards Jr., 15, and Chancey Luna, 16, were charged in the death of 22-year-old Christopher Lane.
Investigators say Lane was visiting Duncan the town where his girlfriend lives. Investigators say he was out for a jog when he was shot in the back with a .22-caliber revolver.
One teen allegedly told police that they carried out the shooting simply because they were bored.
A 17-year-old was also charged with being an accessory to murder after the fact and with firing a weapon.
Edwards and Luna were charged as adults, the third was charged as a juvenile.
Lane, who was from Australia, was a rising senior at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.
