WEEK AHEAD BRINGS SEVERAL SHOTS AT STORMS
Monday Evening Update:
We'll continue to see a rather active weather pattern in the week ahead. We could see as many as four disturbances bring some rain. The first will arrive sometime Wednesday. This disturbance will bring a complex of storms that could be severe with wind, hail and a few isolated tornadoes all possible. SPC has most of the Arklatex in the slight risk category which is a 2 on a scale of one to five. Another round of storms will be possible Thursday, this event is not set in stone and doesn't look as promising as Wednesday's . The strongest disturbance will arrive Friday with another good chance for storms that could be severe. We'll then get a break this weekend. The final round of rain will be possible Monday. Tmperatuers in the week ahead will be at or above normal. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s. Lows will eventually warm up into the 50s and 60s. --Todd Warren
