STRONG TUESDAY STORMS POSSIBLE NORTH
Monday Evening Update:
A stationary front draped across the heart of the Arklatex will gradually drift to the north Monday night and Tuesday. This front will serve as the focus for some showers and thunderstorms Tuesday. The Storm Prediction Center indicates that there is a Marginal risk for severe weather. In other words, on a scale of 1 to 5 our risk is 1. The threat for rain will gradually shift south Wednesday. We'll continue to see a chance for rain off and off through Friday. We'll probably start the Easter weekend with some sunshine Saturday. The weekend will end with a good chance for some rain Sunday. Right now severe weather doesn't look to be much of a concern as temperatures will likely be in the 60s. Highs will stay above normal for the next several days in the upper 70s to lower 80s. We'll turn cooler during the weekend. Overnight lows will be in the 60s and will drop to the 40s and 50s this weekend. --Todd Warren
