LOVING LIVING LOCAL – Biskie and Josh show us how to make olive cheese bread. Below is a list of ingredients and instructions you’ll need to make this recipe. 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1, 6 0Z CAN BLACK OLIVES
  • 1, 6 OZ JAR GREEN OLIVES
  • 2 STALKS GREEN ONION
  • 1 STICK OF BUTTER
  • 1/2 C. MAYONNAISE
  • 12 OZ MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
  • 1 LOAF FRENCH BREAD 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 325 DEGREES F. 
  2. ROUGHLY CHOP BOTH THE BLACK OLIVES AND PIMIENTO-STUFFED GREEN OLIVES. SLICE THE GREEN ONIONS INTO THIN PIECES. 
  3. COMBINE THE BUTTER, MAYONNAISE, CHEESE, OLIVES AND GREEN ONIONS IN A MIXING BOWL. STIR TOGETHER UNTIL THOROUGHLY COMBINED. 
  4. SPREAD THE MIXTURE ONTO THE FRENCH BREAD. BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED AND BROWNING, 20 TO 25 MINUTES.
