LOVING LIVING LOCAL – On today’s show, Biskie and Josh head to the Skent-n-Dent kitchen to prepare the perfect father’s day treat. Below is a list of ingredients and instructions you’ll need to make steak kebobs. 

KEBOB INGREDIENTS:

  • 8-10 SKEWERS
  • 2LBS OF SIRLOIN STEAK CUT INTO CUBES
  • SQUASH 
  • ZUCCHINI 
  • ONION (WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE) 
  • 1 GREEN BELL PEPPER
  • 1 RED BELL PEPPER

MARINADE INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 CUP GARLIC OLIVE OIL
  • 1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
  • PAPRIKA 
  • OREGANO
  • WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • LEMON JUICE OR VINEGAR

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. MAKE MARINADE.
  2. CUT VEGETABLES AND STEAK INTO CUBES.
  3. LET VEGGIES AND MEAT SIT OVERNIGHT IN MARINADE.
  4. TOSS ON A HOT GRILL AND COOK 8-10 MINUTES, ROTATING EVERY COUPLE OF MINUTES. 
  5. LET REST FOR 5 MINUTES. 
  6. ENJOY.
