WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- TWO LBS OF CHICKEN
- TACO SEASONING (PACKET OR HOMEMADE)
- OLIVE OIL
- FRESH LIME JUICE
- BELL PEPPERS
- A GALLON FREEZER BAG
INSTRUCTIONS:
- SLICE CHICKEN BREAST INTO STRIPS (PRO TIP CHICKEN BREAST IS EASIER TO SLICE WHEN THE CHICKEN BREAST IS SLIGHTLY FROZEN AND YOU HAVE A SHARPENED KNIFE)
- WITH CLEAN HANDS, MAKE YOUR MARINADE. MIX LIME JUICE, OIL, AND TACO SEASONINGS.
- IN A LARGE BOWL TOSS IN YOUR CUT VEGGIES AND CHICKEN BREAST AND MIX UNTIL EVERYTHING IS WELL INCORPORATED
- LASTLY STUFF IN YOUR FREEZER BAG, AND SQUEEZE OUT AS MUCH AIR AS YOU CAN. ONCE SEALED THEN PUT IN FREEZER AND USE WHEN YOU’RE READY.
