More than $40,000 worth of fake Ray-Ban sunglasses were seized recently in Shreveport.
Customs and Border Protection Officers at the port discovered the shipment last Wednesday at a mail facility within the Port of Shreveport.

The counterfeit Ray-Ban sunglasses and cases were worth more than $42,000.
The shipment, which had been sent from China, had been illegally marked as plastic bottles. They have since been turned over to Homeland Security Investigations.
The shipment is currently under investigation.
