SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A Frierson man is facing multiple sexual battery charges, accused of approaching women on at least two separate occasions and touching them inappropriately before running off.

According to Shreveport police, sex crimes investigators were called to investigate two separate sexual battery reports on April 16 at different locations in west Shreveport. During the investigation, police say each victim “disclosed circumstances indicating a male subject accosted them, touching each victim on their buttocks without their consent and running off.”

Detectives were able to track down information and evidence that led them to develop Terrance Winn, 23, of the 600 block of Atkins Lane in Frierson, La, as a suspect in the crimes.

Terrance Winn was booked into the Desoto Parish Jail on Tuesday, May 14 on unrelated charges and is awaiting extradition to Shreveport on the sexual battery charges.

Investigators are exploring the possibility that there may be additional victims. They are encouraging anyone who may have been victimized to contact Shreveport Police investigators at (318) 673-6955.
