ETBU Expects Another Strong Offense in 2017

The ETBU Tigers finished with a winning record for the 2nd season in a row with last years 7-3 finish. Boy were they explosive on offense; the Tigers led the country scoring 50 points per game and they expect to be even better on that side of the ball this season.

Dru Smith: “I mean this is the funnest offense I’ve ever been a part of, seen played whatever it’s been. We just have so many options, I mean every play five different guys can get the ball and that’s not an exaguration.”

Richard Johnson: “We want to explode. We want to continue exploding. A lot of people seem to think that we lost coach Walden that our numbers might drop or because we lost a lot of senior lineman that our numbers will drop.”

Scott Highsmith: “My wife tells me all the time the biggest room in the world is the room for improvement. I think you can always get better at something. You can do something differently in practice, you can do something with your scheme a little better. I think there’s always something you can tweak.”
