27 rescued from flooding in Texas

Local News

27 people were rescued from rising flood waters in Texas on Sunday.

They were trapped in the Nueces River.

The U.S. Border Patrol assisted state and local officials in the rescues.

Uvalde County Sheriff’s office officials say there were no major injuries but some of the people are being evaluated.
