An Arkansas man has been arrested in a child sex abuse case for the second time in six weeks, police say.
The Bentonville Police Department said Brandon G. Guillen, 21, was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of sexual indecency with a child.
He was already out on bond from a previous arrest on Aug. 21 where he was charged with second-degree sexual assault involving a grade-school boy.
Police say on Tuesday at 8 a.m., a suspect drove a car to the school bus stop at Northwest 3rd St. and J St. in Bentonville and motioned for a 12-year-old boy waiting on the bus to come closer, asking for directions.
When the kid came closer, he noticed the suspect had his private area exposed, authorities said. According to police, the suspect asked the kid to get in his vehicle, and the boy refused, walking away. The suspect then drove off. The kid reported this incident at school.
The Bentonville Police Department said Guillen was identified as the suspect and arrested. He was booked into jail on a $150,000 bond.
