Governor Edwards stops for listening tour

Farming is an $11billion industry in Louisiana and state leaders want to make sure the industry thrives. So today Governor John Bel Edwards and Agriculture Commissioner Mike Strain stop in Mooringsport on a state wide farm tour to listen to farmer’s concerns. Among the issues not enough money in the disaster relief budget and high sales tax on their products. The tour continues through Friday.
