GSU turns chapter on homecoming

Local

Wednesday morning seems like an eternity ago.

“It’s time for families to be there for the families of the victims and to be there for the students,” said Kadar Dennis. “You come together at Grambling.”

The victims, Earl Andrews and Monquiarious Caldwel, were gunned down early Wednesday morning by a dormitory at Grambling State University. But, their memory lives on.

“You will experience challenge in life,” said GSU President Rick Gallot. “You will experience loss in life. But if you will trust God to see you through, he will.”
