The Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier hosts the 2nd annual King Cake Classic 5K, 10K, & Run for the Beads Fun Run on Saturday, January 27 from 8:00 a.m. to 11 a.m.
The race begins and ends at Centenary Gold Dome and will take runners through the Historic Highland and Broadmoor Neighborhoods.
The Mardi Gras celebration will include live music by Shreveport Second Line Brass Band, kids’ activities, and a slice of King Cake for runners at the finish line.
Costumes are welcomed and encouraged!
Registration fees range from $15 to $35.
