According to the Facebook page Bring Zack Home, Zack Wilson will be coming home.

Zack has been detained in Guatemala since March 26th, 2017 after ammunition was found in his luggage as he was leaving the country.  He says he simply forgot to take it out of his carry-on bag and it had been there even when he entered the country but was not detected at that time.

He was sentenced to two years, but the judge suspended the sentence today.  They say he will have to go back before the judge in ten working days to read the formal sentence. Paperwork will need to be processed, which will take some time.  But once the paperwork is processed he will be free to return to the United States.

Congressman Mike Johnson and Senator Bill Cassidy were working with the family and the government to help get him released.
