Mother of missing toddler bonds out of jail

A mother of a missing four-year-old in Claiborne Parish is released from jail after posting bond.

Shelia Phillips is charged with possession of meth and appeared in court Tuesday to have her $50,000 bond reduced.

The judge agreed, reducing it to $15,000, which Phillips posted a portion.

Shelia’s son, Rondreiz “Junior” Phillips, was last seen on April 5.

Investigators with Claiborne Parish Sheriffs Office say they’ve run out of leads.

A $10,000 reward is offered for any information that helps locate the child.
