AT&T is helping the Queensborough community stay connected with the launch of its latest technology.
The company is celebrating the expansion of its 100% fiber network to the area.
The announcement took place on San Jacinto Avenue this morning.
Company officials say the project will create new opportunities through ultra fast internet and affordable services.
About 2,000 homes in the neighborhood now have access.
The AT&T fiber launch in Shreveport-Bossier was announced in 2017 and has been expanding since.
