Red Cross has meet there needs at church shelter

Local

The Red Cross shelter at Morning Star Baptist Church is still housing evacuees and accepting more.

And there are still plenty of beds available.

And all their needs at the shelter have been meet.

Tammi Creech, daytime supervisor from Red Cross says, “despite their situation we’re here if they need us in anyway shape or form .. if they just want to cry if they want to hug I’m willing for that and we’re just willing to help them.”

If you would like to donate you can drop off at the United Way of NWLA  at 6660 Quilen Rd. in Shreveport or the Salvation Army.
