Shreveport Police need your help tracking down an armed and dangerous suspect who may have been involved in a shooting earlier this week.
On Monday 19-year-old Carnell Briggs injured a man and damaged three homes after he allegedly fired multiple shots along Mertis St.
Officers located multiple shell casings from at least two different caliber weapons at the scene.
A short while later detectives also learned that 20-year-old Deandrew Mosley was taken to University Health with gunshot wounds to his lower body. His injuries were considered non-life threatening.
After a brief investigation detectives procured a warrant for Briggs charging him with one count of Illegal Use of a Weapon. His bond was set at $150,000.
Briggs is also wanted for questioning in other shootings. He was last seen driving a black Nissan Altima with Texas tags.
Briggs’ last known address was the 100 block of Southfield Rd. He is also known to frequent the 3300 block of Frederick St.
Shreveport Caddo Crime Stoppers is offering up to $1000 in this case.
