Study: Drinking coffee lowers your risk of developing type 2 diabetes

There is more good news for coffee drinkers. 

Newly published studies suggests three to four cups of joe a day is linked to a 25-percent lower risk of diabetes.

And it’s not because of the caffeine. 

Researchers found even decaf coffee had a protective effect against type two diabetes.
