Shreveport police department respond to a stolen truck just after 6:30am this morning. The suspect used the stolen truck to steal a trailer from a different location.
SPD trailed the the stolen trailer until the suspect hit a school bus and then ran over a sign. The suspect fled towards N. Market and MLK Jr. road where he fled a red light and crashed into two cars. The suspect fled the scene, but police were able to catch him after they set up a perimeter.
SPD has told NBC 6 that no one was hurt during the chase or the accident a N. Market and MLK.
