Suspects connected to local bank robbery

Louisiana State Police say two suspects accused of a bank robbery in Winnsboro, LA are also suspects in a Webster Parish bank robbery.  

The first robbery happened on November 10 at the Guaranty Bank in Epps, LA. The second robbery happened on November 27 at the Barksdale Federal Credit Union in Cotton Valley, LA.

In December, deputies in Franklin Parish arrested David Johnson and LaKendria Goings and charged them with robbing the Winnsboro State Bank in Gilbert, LA.

Both suspects were charged with: Armed Robbery, Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Distribute (Marijuana), Aggravated Flight From an Officer, Attempted Murder of a Peace Officer and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
