The TexAmericas Center in Bowie County is growing.

The East Campus is now home to a new tenant and 25 new jobs.  Officials said 4X Industrial, LLC, services oil rigs and performs maintenance for the railroad industry.  Another existing tenant, THTS, INC., is expanding and will take up another half-acre space at the industrial park.

TexAmericas officials say current occupancy on its campus is now at ninety-four percent.  Executive Vice President Eric Voyles said, “We only have about 35,000 square feet left that’s move in ready, so we’re in the process of trying to reinvest in some more of the buildings to get them to a point where they can be reoccupied.”

Officials say they’re also in talks with local and international companies about locating on the campus.
