A Texas man is facing federal charges for having an enormous amount of child pornography.
The home of 39-year-old Richard Belden, of Allen, was searched on May 15.
According to Collin County Sheriff’s Investigators, 58 terabytes of data relating to child pornography was seized from Belden’s home.
Belden in custody at the Collin County Jail and charged with possessing child pornography.
If you can visualize 58 terabytes? Then put it this way: 1 terabyte of data would require about 1,428 CD-ROMs, 212 DVDs, or 40 single-layer Blu-ray Discs.
