UPDATE: ROAD CLOSURE – Urban I-49 in Shreveport, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that urban I-49 in Shreveport, Caddo Parish is CLOSED effectively immediately due to winter weather conditions. This closure affects both lanes of travel.
