Two Texarkana, Texas women, were taken into custody Friday morning after Texarkana Arkansas Police’s Delta Squad Officers conducted a traffic stop of a the truck they were driving and found a plethora of outdoor fall decorations, as well as a couple of rocking chairs, in it’s bed.

Samantha Hutcheson, 26, and Bobbi Hyman,22, were arrested after it was established that the two rocking chairs sitting amidst the festive fall décor were stolen.

The officers had just responded to a reported theft in the Pinson Park area in which a resident reported she had watched a female take a rocking chair from her porch and drive away.

The suspects were still in the area when the quick eye of the Delta Squad spotted the moving front porch and immediately conducted the stop, and the subsequent arrests.

The rocking chairs were found to be stolen and were returned to their owners, but police are uncertain as to the ownership of the decorations and wreaths. Police are asking residents who placed wreaths on their doors to check and make sure their wreaths are in tack. If not and they see their wreath in the above photo, they’re asked to contact Texarkana police.
