U.S. Highway 278 in Ouachita County, Arkansas is back open. The highway reopened Friday morning after crews finished up repairs.

The road was closed following a truck explosion on Wednesday that killed one man. The victim was tentatively identified as 63-year-old Randall McDougal of El Dorado.
The truck was carrying ammonium nitrate from El Dorado to Texarkana.
