Mo Claiborne says he’ll never get used to the east coast weather

Sports

Shreveport native and cornerback for the New York jets Mo Claiborne paid a visit home yesterday for his seventh annual youth camp at Independence Stadium. Claiborne started his NFL career with the Dallas Cowboys from 2012-2016. This past season his first year spent in East Rutherford. Before heading back he says there is one thing about the east coast that makes him miss the south.

“Mo Claiborne- You know I had to get used to the weather. I don’t think you ever really get used to it but you can kind of prepare for it. That was kind of the biggest thing one of my biggest adjustments is getting used to the weather and getting used to riding around in the snow. Getting used to it getting on that grind and then before you know it camp will be here and I’ve been took off, literally.”
