Mudbugs back at home against the Odessa Jackalopes

The Mudbugs are finally back at George’s pond this weekend after a brutal travel schedule this past month. Coming off of a split series in Odessa against the Jackalopes, the Bugs are welcoming that very same team into Hirsch Colesium. The team is relieved to be back in Shreveport, saying the home ice advantage is unlike anything else in the North American Hockey League.

“Kieran Durgan:  It’s great there’s no other rink like this in the North American Hockey League really in Junior Hockey so its good im just itching for Friday night to get back on game speed.

“James Durham said: Oh yeah, its great since the first game when I got the shutout it was pretty impressive the fans and everyone there screaming loud. I came from triple a so really the only people in the stands were my parents so its a little different a little nice.”
