Scrappers to face Shiloh for third straight year in title game

Getting to a state championship game is no easy task. Back to back titles are even harder to accomplish. A three peat is a rarity for good reason but the Nashville Scrappers find themseleves in a that situation. The kicker, they’re meeting the same team in Fayetteville for the third time in Shiloh Christian. Coach Slayton saying the matchup is something to look forward to.

Kyle Slayton said, “You know it’s kind of special. This is their fourth straight trip to the finals and to play them for the third straight year is kind of unique kind of always been a rivalry between us. Two great programs that have found a way to get there each year.”

Tristen Jamison said, “You know I think we’ve been there enough to go there and treat it like business like it’s any other opponent. We’re going to have to go in there humble and play our best game to win.”
