Just four days away from the Walk On’s Independence Bowl. This afternoon the Temple Owls officially made their arrival to Shreveport. The Owls will be lead by interim head coach Ed Foley who got national attention from the media sharing his excitement of coming to Shreveport at the team announcement party a few weeks ago. Now the team is in Louisiana and as promised, they are ready to experience the culture.

“Ed Foley – None of us can control twitter or control social media but the kids love it they love the attention and their fired to be back here and they’re ready to go. I’m going to the place that says gizzards, po boys, oysters and phillly cheese steaks that I am doing it’s already scheduled”

Michael Dogbe – I’m going to see if he can sneak me with him over there so I hear they have great cheese steaks out here so I definitely want to try one.

Delvon Randall – Quiet city, a lot of casinos. We walked across the bridge just to explore and it seems pretty cool,
