SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Both the Benton Road (LA 3) Overpass over KCS Railroad in Bossier City Louisiana Highway 3 overpass over the Union Pacific railroad tracks near the Town of Benton in Bossier Parish are back open, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
The overpasses were closed last week closed due to winter weather conditions. I-220 and urban I-49 were also reopened Sunday night in Caddo Parish.
