NWS: Tornado touches down in Natchitoches; straight line winds in Harrison County

HARRISON COUNTY (KTAL/KMSS) – The National Weather Service says a low-end FF-1 tornado touched down Saturday in Chapel Hill.

An EF-0 tornado briefly touched down in Natchitoches Parish and straight-line winds caused damage in Harrison County on Saturday.

The wind speeds reached up to 70 miles per hour. No injuries were reported.
