We are waking up to temperatures this morning into the 30s area wide. The winds are slowly relaxing but still strong averaging between 10-20 mph. Monday afternoon will lead to lots of sunshine. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s to the lower 50s.

Tuesday will be slightly warmer with highs into the middle to upper 50s. The warming trend will begin on Wednesday with highs into the 60s. Moisture levels will be increasing as we head into the weekend. A few showers are possible on Thursday with a 20% rain chance.

Rain chances will increase on Friday. A strong upper level system will begin heading towards the ArkLaTex region. SPC outlined a 15% chance of seeing strong to severe storms for all of the region. As of now, it looks like we will see rain and storms increasing Friday night into Saturday morning.
