Temperatures Remaining Mild Through Christmas Day

We are now two days away from Christmas. The weather conditions couldn’t be any better with lots of sunshine. Tonight, we will see lows falling down into the 30s areawide.Monday will be very similar to Sunday with lots of sunshine into the upper 50s to the lower 60s.

Christmas Day will be warm with temperatures into the middle 60s with mostly cloudy skies. A few showers are possible.

Rain and thunderstorm chances will begin to ramp up during the Wednesday and Thursday timeframe. A big time storm system from California will head our way. As of now, it looks like most of the rain will occur Wednesday night into the first part of Thursday. A few strong storms are possible. Overall, we will see rainfall totals between 1-2″.
 

The rain will move by Friday with sunshine returning. A strong cold front will push through Friday. Temperatures will drop into the 50s. Next weekend, rain showers are possible.
